Desert Fitness Collective is proud to introduce a first-of-its-kind class designed specifically for seniors: “Learn How to Fall Safely.”
This empowering new class teaches practical, easy-to-learn techniques that can dramatically reduce the risk of injury from a fall. Whether you're active in sports or just want to feel safer at home, this class is for you.
In this expert-led session, you'll learn how to:

✅ Protect your wrists, hips, and head
✅ Get back up safely and with confidence
Our instructors combine senior-focused fitness with martial arts-based movement training to give you the tools to move through life with greater confidence and less fear.
Whether you’ve had a fall before or simply want to prevent one, this class will give you the peace of mind to keep doing the things you love.
