What’s the difference between a coaching program and Orangetheory?

There are a lot of group fitness options available to you.
Orangetheory, F45, Burn Bootcamp, etc, etc, etc.
So what’s the difference between them and us?
Let me explain…
Our class sizes are different.
Cardio-based group fitness classes can fit up to 20-35 people in a single class. Our classes stay within 12-15 people per class so you will get much more personalized attention.
We’re more than just classes.
A coaching program offers more than just access to fitness classes. Plus… you get guidance on sustainable healthy habits like drinking enough water, eating a balanced diet and building the habit of consistency.
These habits will help you stay healthy LONG-TERM.
You’ll get guidance, not just when you're IN the gym but also when you're OUTSIDE the gym.
We help you live a well-rounded, healthy, and active lifestyle.
We offer strength training
Cardio-based classes don’t teach strength training. While yes, you might have a “weight training” station, you’re not actually doing enough strength training at a level that helps you build muscle and get significantly stronger.
In our 90-Day Health and Fitness Coaching Program, you’ll be taught how to properly strength train AND follow a consistent and strategic workout plan that helps you get stronger.
You’ll learn new skills and start to see real changes in your body because you are strength training.
And…our program offers personalized instruction based on your physical/orthopedic needs. No one-size-fits-all approach here!
